Quilts, quilts, quilts
Like many quilters and textile artists I have started from very simple beginnings and gradually worked towards where I am today.
However, unlike many, I did not sew at my mothers knee!
In fact she was such an excellent seamstress, knitter and creator of clothes of all sorts there was little point in me trying to sew! I have become a creative stitcher rather late in life but have been enjoying the journey since I was introduced to patchwork and quilting in the late 1990’s.
I have produced many different patchwork and contemporary quilts over the last 10 years. My work is characterised by its variety as I have not yet found ‘my voice’!
